I’ve been collecting quotes from my travels for years. A favorite translates to:
A closed door lets in no light.
When the door to your mind is closed, locked up tight against new ideas and perspectives, no fresh air or sunlight enters.
You become stale.
Dusty.
And it shows.
Do something different.
Do something you would normally not do.
Break out of the rut.
Bust the door open.
Let in the light.
Don’t starve your mind.
Let it feel the light and revel in it.
